This half day workshop based session provides participants with an introduction to the concept of “Risk Based Thinking” (RBT) within the context of ISO Standards.
This half-day session will introduce participants to the concept of Quality Management and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 specific to the Leadership within an organization. Participants will leave with a good understanding of Quality, Quality Management, their individual role within its framework and how it all contributes to achieving the goals of the organization.
Participants will leave with a thorough understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 as well as a comprehensive understanding of Quality, Quality Management, Management Systems and Risk Based Thinking.
A combination of presentations, workshops, tools and practice are employed to ensure the skills transfer necessary to sustain effectiveness over time. Our Instructors are Registered Lead Auditors, Certified Instructors and experienced Quality Professionals. The outcome of this course is a fully trained internal auditor whose qualifications are compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011.
